5. Document Security and Legal Validity

BellaSign provides legally binding electronic signatures in compliance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). All signed documents include comprehensive audit trails and tamper-evident seals.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
